Good Street Returns & Refunds Policy

At Good Street, we’re all about delivering supplements that are potent, pure, and made the right way — sustainably, ethically, and with care. We want you to feel good inside and out, and we stand by the quality of every blend we create.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Just reach out to our friendly team at gday@goodstreet.com.au and we’ll do what we can to make things right.

 

Refunds Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via gday@goodstreet.com.au as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
When contacting us, please include:

  • Your original order number
  • Your name and delivery address
  • A brief description (and photo if possible) of the issue

We’ll get back to you quickly with next steps.

We recommend returning products via an insured or registered postal service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Change of Mind

Because our products are consumable, we generally don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind.
That said, if your product is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of your order.

Here’s how:

  1. Email gday@goodstreet.com.au with your return request.
  2. We’ll provide the return address and details.
  3. Send the unopened product(s) along with your sales invoice or order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s).

Refunds will be made to the original payment method for the product amount only (excluding shipping).
