Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy

Subscribe & Save
Customers can sign up to receive a regular supply of our products automatically delivered every 30 days (or at your chosen frequency). Subscribers receive 10% off full-price single products. Bush Tucker Blends are eligible for subscription discounts.

Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed automatically to your nominated credit card prior to delivery.
• Only one payment method can be used per customer account for subscriptions.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
• If a payment fails or your card is declined, we will email you. Every 3 days, we will attempt to process the payment again. After three unsuccessful attempts, the subscription will be cancelled. Customers are notified on the first and last attempt.

Managing Your Subscription

• You can adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime via your online account.
• The cut-off for changes to your next subscription (skips, cancellations, address, or product type changes) is 3 business days before your next scheduled payment.
• A notification of your next subscription order will be sent 3 days before it is billed.
• No other discounts, promotions, or offers can be applied to subscriptions unless stated otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

• Subscription products are eligible for returns, provided they meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.

Delivery

• Free delivery on orders over $75 Australia-wide via Australia Post.
• Subscriptions are shipped automatically at your chosen frequency.
